Aaron Jeffery
The Logie
Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is
well-known for his parts as Terry Watson in Water Rats as Alex Ryan in McLeod's
Daughters, as well as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery
was born in Auckland and relocated to Australia when he was an teen. He later
studied acting at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993 and started his
television career with children's television show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is
well-known for his part as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He left that drama
in the year 2008. He also appeared on the third season of Outrageous Fortune, a
New Zealand drama. Jeffery was in the show Underbelly: Badness as Frank. He
finished filming on 22 June. The next day, Jeffery was officially confirmed as
Bradley Fox's replacement for Neighbours for a period of two weeks. It was
discovered in October that Jeffery was assigned to be an Wentworth corrections
officer. Bevan Lee's series Between Two Worlds starred Jeffery. The show was
announced in April 2021 that Jeffery will appear on the Netflix thriller series
Pieces of Her. The show is based on the Karin Slaughter novel. Jeffery's
character on McLeod's Daughters won him the Silver Logie in 2007 and in 2004.
